Helping families and feeding our children one plate at a time. Thank you to Mrs. Ziegler and her crew who will be on hand all summer long beginning June 10th through July 12th, 2019, as they serve free BBQ lunches for children 18 years and younger at La Ladera Park, located at 29629 La Ladera Rd., Menifee each Monday through Friday. Serving times will be from 11:00-12:30 p.m. Please note that no meals will be served July 4 or July 5, 2019.
***No application, proof of income, or identification is needed to participate***
Each year, the U.S. Department of Agriculture partners with local organizations like Menifee USD to provide free meals to children when school is out for the summer. The program is intended for children only, and no adults will be served. The meal must be eaten at the park location per regulations.
